A reading wrap-up & book collage from your own list

Library Ledger turns a Goodreads or StoryGraph CSV, or a pasted book list, into reading recap images. Choose a month, a year or all your books — including past months with finish dates in your list. It is free to use and does not require an account.

Import your reading list

Follow the Goodreads CSV to reading recap walkthrough for a downloadable example, cross-month filters and real PNG/ZIP results.

In Goodreads, open My Books → Import and export → Export Library. Wait for the export, download the CSV and choose Import CSV here. Your Goodreads profile can stay private. See Goodreads import and export help.

In StoryGraph, open Manage account → Export StoryGraph library, then import the original CSV download. See StoryGraph’s export instructions.

For a spreadsheet, start with the blank CSV template. Title is required. Author, Date Read, Rating (0–5) and Pages are optional. Save it as CSV after adding your books. Use year-first finish dates such as 2026-09-14. Missing or ambiguous dates stay undated; you can edit them or include those books in a recap yourself.

Without a CSV, choose Paste list and enter one book per line, such as Pride and Prejudice — Jane Austen. Importing a list does not request online covers or upload the file.

Make a monthly or yearly book collage

Choose Cover wall for a cover collage, Spine shelf for original typographic spines, Checkout card for a readable list, or Stats for the fields your data actually contains. Add your title and handle in Style.

Long lists continue across pages instead of squeezing every book into one image. Download individual PNG pages or all pages as a ZIP. Story is 1080 × 1920, Portrait is 1080 × 1350 and Square is 1080 × 1080. Upload the downloaded images to your preferred social app.

Missing covers or saved drafts?

Original typographic covers work without an online lookup. You can upload an image for a book or ask to find covers online. That optional lookup sends book search terms to Open Library; cover availability and image rights vary.

Your draft is saved in this browser, with images stored on this device. It does not sync across devices, and clearing browser storage can remove it. Export your images to keep a copy. Privacy & data explains storage, optional usage measurement and how to turn measurement off.
